The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay And I am assuming that my experience was a fluke"

"Check in time was 3pm. We showed up at 3:30 and were told we couldnt check in because rooms hadnt been cleaned yet. We sat in the lobby for a while and looked for a place to eat. After eating we went back and checked in. The suite seemed pretty clean at first glance. But there was a panel layimg on the floor from the side of the hot tub, the toilet still had feces stuck on the bowl and there appeared to be ash of some kind on top of the bedding. I went to put some drinks in the mini fridge, it was turned all the way up, but still hot, so the fridge didn't work. We went down to the pool which was heated, but could use a little work, lots of chips in the concrete and paint work. After the pool we decided to get into the hot tub in our room. The whole reason for renting that room in particular was that we wanted to use the hot tub. The jets wouldnt turn on. We called the frint desk. She came up and pushed the button and when it didnt work, just said she'd let maintenance know. And she could move us rooms if we wanted, but this was the only hot tub. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and yelling. It sounded like the people above is were stoming across their floor all night long, into the early morning. We had the complementary breakfast, which was okay for a hotel breakfast...buscuits, gravy, and sausage links. The food was in warmers and warmish but not hot. We were disappointed and far from impressed with our stay."

"Parking lot is kinda small and desperately needs repairs. Rooms were clean but could really use a refresh. Staff was great and breakfast was simple. "
