Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has the largest swimming pool I have ever seen in a U.S. hotel. It is an old pool, but there is lots of natural light in the pool area and one can actually swim laps.
The restaurant food was tasty, though the menu was limited, and both the desk service and the restaurant service workers were helpful. My only complaint was that the bathroom was stocked sparsely. There were two bath towels, but only one hand towel and one washcloth, despite the fact that two people were sharing the room."
"Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean.Bathroom was not as clean...Toilet had rust or hardwater stain line... scrub down needed. Also one of the bed covers had a hole from a burn mark. Had to keep curtains open so the AC could run longer...as long as the curtains didn't cover the vents it was fine . No microwave in the room but refrigerator was really good."
