The hotel is nicely located in the historic center of La Rochelle at a walking distance to the beach and to main attractions. The check in was very smooth and we got to meet Cecile (the owner) in person. Prior to the check in she shared with us a file about what to do and where to eat proposals in the city. The room was a standout. Exceptionally comfortable bed - lots of soft padding on a firm mattress. The lighting in the room was terrific unlike most hotels. The bathroom was beautiful.
