We had a truly wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Our room was immaculate with a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, fresh fruit and also hot options. The coffee was really good too. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back.

6/10 Good

Lovely hotel, very small and intimate in a great location in La Rochelle. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. the hotel is rated as a five star but it is a bit shabby. rooms, halls, lifts etc need to be repainted. Spa area not of a high standard. was a bit disappointed with the hotel as regards the price - doesn’t have a five star hotel fell in terms of service or attention to detail. Would definitely stay there again if it was cheaper.

10/10 Exceptional

We loved our stay in La Rochelle. The staff were super friendly, really helpful with recommendations and we felt really well looked after. We were also offered a welcome drink which was a wonderful start to our stay. Great location for exploring La Rochelle allowing you to walk everywhere. We were a family of 5 staying at the hotel and we had plenty of space - two rooms with an interlocking door, one being a suite so we didn't feel cramped at all. We didn't want to leave!

Room was very comfortable and large. Difficult to find but the staff were amazing. It is in the centre of town so park your car and walk everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants everywhere and dont forget the markets which was open on Friday. Highly recommend this hotel. Only one thing the bar is open from 3pm but there are plenty of bars nearby.

Superb hotel with great staff.

We really loved this hotel, every single member of the staff were so nice and professional, the room had a good feeling to it and the spa era has a superb sauna. We would only stay here when back in the city.

Everything from lovely. A boutique type of hotel. A small pool which was lovely considering it was 33 degrees. Not really enough sunbeds but done their best considering the size of place. Lovely calming place to be and staff were great. Room was lovely with bathrobes/slippers. Super large bed and very comfortable. Couldnt have asked to change anything and would definitely come back
