Expedia welcomed us with a bottle of champagne in our room and a message on the bed in flowers. Dinner reservations were made for us every night at a different restaurant. "I was a first-time visitor and the experience was amazing. Check-in with Fernanda was easy, professional, and quick. We spent most of our time in Lounge 24, where Laura, Andrés, and Griselda were the best—Griselda and Laura constantly checked on us, and Andrés took the time to show us around.
I also loved sitting at the Daiquiri Bar; Nelsi is the sweetest. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working the pool towels, but he was great as well. And you can’t forget the beach waiter, Kevin—funny and awesome.
Our housekeeper, Araceli, made sure our room was always spotless, and we loved the different towel-animal creations she left for us each day.
Overall, the experience was wonderful and almost everyone we encountered was lovely and kind. Unfortunately, our last night at the Italian restaurant was disappointing, as we felt we were treated poorly. I hope management addresses this, because everything else about our stay was truly exceptional."
