"My husband and I absolutely loved the property, it was right in front of the pyramids with an awe-inspiring view. We were able to watch the light and sound show right from the rooftop. The staff was very very friendly and they were very, very accommodating and saw to our every need. The hotel owner and his wife Rania were the sweetest people. they even gave us a beautiful gift as a token of appreciation. We had arrived very late at the airport, but our driver was there waiting for us. They even arranged for our early morning flight out of Cairo with a driver. I don’t have enough words to say what a nice trip it was for us. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable here."

However, the factor that remained memorable from our stay was the concierge Salemah. She was outstanding. Like the very best concierges around the world, her brand of anticipatory and proactive service delivered in a warm, friendly, guest-focused way distinguished herself and the Four Seasons. She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. "If you were debating between this hotel and the Mena across the street, do not hesitate and book this one not only is it a quarter of the price everyone there is super helpful and you can just walk over to the Mena.
