The rooms are spotless, brand-new, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A standout feature is that even the open-air outdoor areas have dedicated air-conditioned sections, making relaxing outside remarkably pleasant in the heat. Breakfast was exceptional; enjoying a delicious morning spread while taking in a calm, serene view of the Pyramids was an unforgettable highlight of our trip.
What truly made this stay extraordinary was the incredible team. Special thanks to Alaa; she is wonderfully warm, attentive, and so easy to communicate with. Whenever I needed to run personal errands, she arranged the quickest and easiest routes so I could travel without hassle. We also joined the riverfront dinner activity with Sarah, and she was fantastic. Her cheerful energy and fun personality made the evening memorable; she had us laughing and enjoying every moment on the way there.
