Loved the quality of this hotel, centrally located in downtown Cairo. The staff went above & beyond to take care of every request promptly and with graciousness. We did have some issues with the wifi not working in our room except in the bathroom. We brought this to their attention 3 or 4 times but nothing made a difference.

I am thankful for the staff at the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and asking if I was Okay. I really enjoyed the pool and the room service. After my meals, the front desk would call and ask if everything was good. I am grateful having staff members that care

The Steinenberger was a wonderful hotel to stay in while visiting Cairo. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and comfort and the breakfast buffet was the best! The location was very centrally located and within walking distance of the old Cairo museum which should not be missed. They even held my excess luggage while I was on a tour of Aswan and a Nile Cruise. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a couple. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to everything. The check in was smooth. The room was standard size on the 4th floor. Had all amenities. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff very attentive. Everyone was always smiling. Definitely recommend for a short stay.
