10/10 Excellent
"Customer service, bomb. Price, you get what ya pay for. Food was terrible and for the price we paid for it, YIKES! Good thing food is right across the street. Everything but the market/bar. The location for my trip was top notch. Couldn’t have been better. I wish I took
Pictures. It was very nice."
"Had to change my reservation to check out early, front desk was great with assisting. Hotel very clean, breakfast was busy but the food quality was still great. Overall, great experience during a super busy weekend. Will stay here again "
"All of the staff members were extremely friendly, even to saying hello while passing by. As far as hotel breakfasts go, this has been by far the most efficient and delicious we have had, with lots of options available for those who have allergies. The rooms were well stocked if you’re needing to stay for more than a weekend, and plenty of room for two. It was also only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Long Beach, which saves on travel fare. So worth it! "
"Great property! Never felt unsafe when walking from my event and back. It was very close to the event, so that helped, too. There were lots of dining options around. The room was cute! I was on the first floor, so didn’t really have a normal window situation, but was still able to get air flow if I wanted. Pipes were a little loud but nothing too unreasonable. Staff was very accommodating on check in when my flight was delayed. I was able to keep them updated through a text and they responded quickly. Check in was a breeze. Overall, would recommend this hotel!"
