The Hotel Mai was excellent for the cost and Gabriella was super helpful and we left our car there for 4 days while we cruised it was only $20 per day. I would stay at Hotel Mai again if I'm in Long Beach.

6/10 Good

We arrived one hour early and were told it would cost $25 more for early check in. We were surprised since most hotels would accommodate you. The room and hall had an odor. It was hard to sleep due to the noise from the light rail or tram right across the street. The night and morning staff were very nice.

Very nice week at Hotel Mai, love the rooms, very quiet hotel for the most part, sauna was super useful for me, two peletons a couple of treadmills and some free weights get the job done in the gym. Pool is small but adequate, jacuzzi was solid, staff was helpful. Location is amazing for me, I Love the city vibes and the Downtown Long Beach energy.

Great location in Long Beach. No noise issues with guests. The spa was a 10/10. Cute rooftop to chill and enjoy the weather

6/10 Good

It was an ok experience. I loved how big the rooms are, actually pretty surprisingly big. Parking hard to find. Hallway carpet very dirty. I wanted to get some ice and the ice bucket was dirty and sticky. Also, to manage electricity/ power, you have to insert key in a key box by the door. So if we wanted to watch TV, all the lights had to be on. To turn lights off, had to remove key from box. Which turned off all other power. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff was nice, room was clean and short drive from cruise port. Located by transit center so quite a few homeless and urine smelling streets of you intend to walk around. Hotel itself is clean, seating area on roof.

Awesome staff, loved Eucalyptus face towels for sauna & steam room. You can also park here if you have a cruise. Deck on the roof has great views. Our room was a bargain for what we got. Will stay again.
