The Queen Mary staff are consistently thoughtful and efficient. Tommy and Tanida at the Observation Bar are especially welcoming and kind. Lupe and Elvia at the Promenade Café go the extra mile to make dining a joy. The ship’s history, museum exhibits, tours, and artifacts create a wonderfully engaging experience. Rooms are nice but vintage. Excellent bed but poor water pressure in shower and very poor A/C can make the experience a bit challenging. Food at restaurants was excellent. Parking was very difficult at times due to new amphitheater and Halloween haunted town taking up most of the parking lot.
