"Péssimo hotel, as roupas de camas estavam sujas o banheiro estava com os produtos de higiene pessoal vazio. A comida no restaurante é horrível quando eu digo horrível não estou exagerando, almocei lá aí na janta preferi passar fome do que voltar lá. Os funcionários não são prestativos, eu pedi uma banana pra dar para o meu nenê porque ele não pode comer a mesma fruta que já está lá cortada por conta de alergias, a moça fez careta enquanto falava com a colega de trabalho sobre a minha solicitação. No final comprei frutas fui pedir uma faca e um garfo emprestado pra poder cortar as frutas, adivinha.. eles não oferecem. Ninguém lá tá nem aí pra vc. Sem contar que não tem um mercadinho perto. O hotel é terrível e a localização pior ainda. Não vale a pena ir nem pra passar algumas horas!! Procure outro, foi traumatizante!! "

Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following: 1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂"
