I had a nice stay. Location is great - very close to public transportation. Staff was professional and courteous. Room was clean. There were not a lot of restaurants and shops very close to the restaurant, which is expected, and it was a short walk/taxi ride to more options.

Terrible hotel run by bad management. Every employee I encountered had the same depressing attitude, which has to be the result of bad treatment from their employer. Our room only had sheets on the bed. Pillows and one skimpy blanket were in plastic in the closet. First time I’ve ever had to make the bed when I arrived. Absolutely nothing in the room -/ no water bottles, not even a glass to drink tap water from. Also in a very unsafe neighborhood.

Well. Airport hotels are for short stay. So traveler needs bare basic. Clean bed confortável some food and hot shower that is it. Unfortunately tho time we had no hot water and apparently no one complained before ? Shame. Desk arranged for me to shower in another room - Alaso dial front desk is impossible te phone is no programed ?? What? Cold water - naked and can’t call from desk? There are pliantly of hotels near. No more sleep in for me .

I needed a place to rest for a couple hours near by GRU airport and this hotel is very close by. Confinement located 10 minutes uber ride or you can schedule their shuttle bus for pick up. Front desk employee had a nasty face during check it seemed like she was prohibited from smiling. Property and room is fairly new and it was very well kept. I would stay here again even though their staff provided horrible service due to proximity to the airport.

There was mold/mildew in the bathroom shower area (ceiling, upper wall above shower and lower wall just outside the shower), which is unhealthy and gross. Also, one of the main reasons we selected this hotel was the the free shuttle service to and from airport, however it was useless as we couldn't find the shuttle at the airport and then we were told at the hotel that the shuttle back to the airport the next morning was full and not available for the times we needed to be at the airport.
