"Due to airpirt clisure, everyone was scrambling for a hotel. I quickly chose one that offered a shuttle and at a reasonable price. The hotel and roomwere clean. We enjoyed a glass of wine and some appetizers. Check in and out was easy. Communication with the front desk at midnight was great. Thank you for a great place to sleep!"

"We were attending funeral services of a family member. The front desk attendant messed up our room reservation. Day before we reach out to customer service at hotel to let them know of impact of plane diverted to another city. Front desk Manager intervened and fixed the issue for us. Thank you. "
"I made the mistake of going to the wrong Hyatt from the airport when OHare cancelled multiple flights, I did not realize until I waited two hours at the other Hyatt to check in... When I showed up very late, the girls at the front desk were amazing. So sweet and kind and also had to deal with the rush earlier. Was so thankful for them and their hospitality. The room was very nice for my quick 6 hour stay, clean. The shuttle came on time to get me to the airport in adequate timing."
