Clean rooms, waited a bit for the staff to be helped but overall friendly. The shower itself didn’t have a lot of pressure but the water was nice and hot. Definitely would recommend!

Great value stay on the north side. Good location, comfortable, clean, parking included. Good stay.

2/10 Poor

Room was clean basically. Just a old place. Could use a remodel at the prices they charge. The front desk guy was rude and obnoxious. Seemed aggravated. Checking in he had issues with the reservation so he got upset argumentative said I only reserved 1 night I explained it was 3 total one and then two as the app wasn't working.

This is an EXCELLENT no frills affordable place to stay. Very well maintained and well run place. Just to set expectations, it is dated and off the beaten path, but I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Great location and very clean! Nothing fancy but price reflected that. Perfect choice if you’re looking for an affordable option with basic amenities.

Clean room straight out of the 60’s or 70’s, staff was nice, good parking. Would recommend for sure. Trying to cross the streets around there is like playing the game frogger, lots of traffic, but couldn’t hear it from the room.

Room 109 for one night. Bathroom needs major updating. Ceiling has major water damage in bathroom. Needs new towels. Staff very friendly. Great for a low pricepoint.

It's a motel so it's a bit dated (non-issue for me, like staying in places that have some character to them), but the room was absolutely spotless. And it's in a great location. Green line stop right down the street, and thorndale Red line stop is not a far walk. I would absolutely stay here again

This is a Motel, not a Hotel, and It is farther from the center of town than I expected, but that's on me for not doing my homework. It is comfortable and clean, and on various public transportation lines. Also a walking distance from Cafes and restaurants in Anderson I'll. The breakfast was bad, and I suggest that you bring something for breakfast, or eat out, rather than "enjoy" the 3 dry cereal selection that they offer (and some pouches of instant oatmeal. Place for a traveller on a budget. That said, not a bad

Room was clean and staff was helpful, but room was extremely smelly of stale cigarettes and body odor. Good hot water. Not too noisy.

The location was perfect for Andersonville. Parking is free, which was a big perk. The rooms are olds but very clean.

Location is perfect! You're within a 0.3 mile walk to the green line, 0.8 mile walk to the red line, Whole Foods, and great restaurants! Love the included parking and wifi, a huge value. We were warmly greeted during check-in and the staff was very kind. The place is very clean, everywhere! As many have said the motel is dated, but you really can't beat the value - good temperature control, hot water, clean linens, and great TV selection. My only complaint is the beds - they are horrible! A step above a cot on some old springs... an air mattress probably would've been better.

It was very clean and everything worked really well. The manager was awesome. He switched my TV when the TV didn’t work and let me have the room in the corner where it was quiet. I will definitely go back there again. It was wonderful.

Good value, clean room, central location in Roger's Park (Chicago, Illinois), plentiful vehicle parking, free breakfast items, pleasant employees.

2/10 Poor

We checked in, then learned the air conditioner was not working, the room appeared poorly maintained, front desk staff had no solutions for us, and would not refund our money, we checked out the same day as checked in and went to a clean, comfortable hotel.
