There was an old hotel card and sleeve on the floor next to the bed which made me questions the cleanliness. There was a centipede bug that ran acroos the floor. The staff were fabulous, and the location great.

Great location. You can access the water in a short 10 min walk. Lots of food and coffee shops nearby. The hotel is older and it shows, but it was decently clean and the beds are comfy. Cute lil lobby with free water and coffee. We would stay again if priced right. We had a coupon so it was fine, but It’s not nearly nice enough for full price, even for Chicago.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Lots of food choices. It felt relatively safe, which is important to me. No complaints about the hotel or my stay. However, parking can be a bit tricky; the nearby garage does not have in and out privileges. You can park on the street, but spaces can be scarce. I got very lucky and was able to park on the street for zero dollars!
