Great location near shops and restaurants. Room was clean, adequately supplied and quiet. The hotel lobby was large and inviting with tables and chairs as well as as large sofas to relax. We loved the free coffee and the aperitivo hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for all tourist sites. Highly recommend Banks Antwerp.
If I find myself in Antwerp again, I will definitely be staying here. The property is very clean and although you check-in yourself, the staff was still available whenever I needed someone. The room was spacious and the decor was all very modern. I was visiting in August, so having AC was a non-negotiable and the unit in my room worked extremely well. I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!
Stayed overnight with my family. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to quite a few Brussel attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good location - less than 10 minute walk to train station. about a 5 minute walk to the "grand place" Room was sizeable. Good bed.. pillows a bit on the soft side. Bathroom was good size. Had a large soaking tub. Shower head was great.
I recently stayed at Warwick and had a great experience! It was the perfect location to see much of Brussels main attractions as well as many dinning options. It’s also in a very safe location and in close proximity to a metro station. The staff was very helpful when we inquired about travel within the city and kept our room perfectly clean!
