8/10 Very good

Nice hotel with a great location next to the central station. The interior is a bit worn in places, and when I was there, the steam room was closed for maintenance, and the sauna was lacking lights and a temperature gauge. Breakfast was decent, but the selection could have been broader. I appreciated the low-fat/high-protein options in the yoghurt/cereal section.

4/10 Fair

Fabulous location. It just can't get better. But that's about it. For a Radisson, it's not up to par. Not worth carrying the Radisson brand. The staff at the bar were absolutely useless. Half the things we ordered were not available. The bar tenders were not willing to even make an attempt to get what we wanted even though it was available in the restaurant above. One bar tender was rude enough to say "everyone makes a mistake" when he served an alcoholic beer to someone who had specifically ordered a non alcoholic beer. The rooms are ok. Nothing to shout about. The only reason to stay here is the location. It just doesn't get any better.

Breakfast was good. Staff were helping. Our t.v did not work and they tried to fix it however there was no technician on site to fix it. The pool area was clean.

6/10 Good

Well situated for the center with parking that wasn’t expensive. Area around the hotel is a bit dicey, especially in the Chinatown area. The dated hotel room should have been much cleaner than it was. It was dusty, the furniture was dirty and old and there pink limescale in the bathroom. Decent selection for the breakfast buffet but not great quality food. Pool was smaller than in the pictures but did the trick.

Had a city suite, it was a large spacious room in good conditon. Bathroom had separate shower + bath. Each bed had two different pillows, soft and medium. the soft pillow was amazing, makes such a change to have a nice soft pillow in a hotel
