The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.
The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Edith, front desk staff, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. She was always available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast’s staff truly enhanced our experience. Stayed here three times during our recent trip to Cusco. Clean room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Staff were really accommodating and friendly, stored bags without charge for our trips on Inca trail and Amazon forest. Located on quiet street, around 10-15 minutes walk to main square, or taxi ride is 5 Soles (about $1.60 US). Would definitely stay here again!
This was probably our favorite stay in Peru. The staff was so helpful and kind, the lobby area is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and delicious. The location is extremely convenient. Generally, we loved Pisac, and wished we could have stayed another night.
Frank is an excellent employee of the Hotel, with the absolute best service you could ask. Frank answered every request graciously and always with a smile! No notes! Ten out of ten!

The hotel and the staff were GREAT. The owners/managers were so kind, understanding and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Also, you can’t beat the location, right by the Plaza Mayor. We will absolutely be back and recommend it to whoever is visiting!
The property was quaint, and inclusive. Staff was great, and helpful. I loved the baby Alpaca Kiki in the courtyard. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the food delicious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the live music in the courtyard in the evenings.

There is a loud club next door that makes it a little too loud in the evening but generally a great spot to stay.
