The staff was friendly and amazing! Loved the nightly, turn down service with chocolates. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day!! The spa was amazing! I swear the masseuse has magic hands because my back and legs were sore for days from all the walking I had been doing...and after the massage I was pain free!! H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...
The amazing H10 metropolitan staff really outdid themselves! They gave really thoughtful gifts and I wish every hotel had outstanding of a service and friendly staff. Great location, great room very comfortable when the heart of the Plaza. Highly recommend and I will stay there again!
I didn't stay at this hotel. I was moved to Hotel Suizo for some reason. They gave me a free taxi ride there. Hotel Suizo is a three star hotel and was excellent including the staff. Exceeded my expectations. Also, the wifi worked perfectly and was super fast.
International charger in wall was so exciting to find. All the staff were super friendly. Convenient location to plaza, dining and right next door to the Spanish 7/11 Ale Hop. Great location to walk to the beach and also get a cab a few steps across the street. You won’t lose your key bc you hand it in at the desk before leaving which is nice too. Thank you.
Absolutely loved this hotel. It was close to walk to everything you need to in Gothic area, and has neighbors to some really cute tapas and cocktail bars. It was simple and clean, affordable. The area felt very safe, we were two 30 year old girls traveling— walked everywhere we needed to at all ours of the day and night. Very close to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!
The location of the hotel was great, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of things to choose from. The staff was helpful with arranging a taxi to the pier. We only stayed one night before our cruise, but we would choose this hotel again if we are back in Barcelona.

Very nice staff. Rooms were clean and bright. They had all the amenities in the bathroom that you could imagine- toothbrush and toothpaste. Shaving cream and a razor. Shampoo etc. and a really nice shower

This hotel is just a walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is also about a 15-minute walk to L'illa Diagonal shopping center (huge shopping mall). The staff members at the hotel are accommodating and friendly. If you call the front desk for anything, someone will take care of it right away. Their breakfast is good, quite a variety from hot scrambled eggs/sausages to croissants & pastries. The room is comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel!
Based on other reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was a relief when I saw the hotel was very clean and modern looking. Staff was nice and the room was great. Breakfast was well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Place is super clean and friendly front desk staff! Rooms are small, but it’s Europe so didn’t expect much there. Location is great! It’s far from the loud city but close enough to get there by the Metro (maybe a 10 min ride, station is like 3 min walk) super close to their big metro station/bus station too! We stayed a total of 6 days and truly what was disappointing was the fact that we didn’t have a coffee maker in the room.
Lovely, modern hotel near both the train station and the airport shuttle for our flight out the next morning.
The hotel staff was very helpful. They were not aware of the VIP free room upgrade, but when I showed them the Expedia offer, they honored it. Everything was comfortable and made for a great stay.
