I love the Park Hotel and it's a little oasis from the busy streets of El Born. I always take a room with a terrace, overlooking the train station, and the view from the rooftop is a wonderful 360 of Barcelona. Clean, quiet and cozy, I'll be back soon!

We enjoyed our couple of nights stay here, location was brilliant and staff were helpful, we enjoyed the bar and rooftop pool as well

8/10 Very good

Great location!!! And bonus if you get a room with a balcony. I thought the bed was a little uncomfortable and despite a non smoking room, every morning I’d wake up to the smell of someone nearby smoking a cigarette. Those are my only two things I’d change. Blackout curtains were amazing, shower/bathroom was great, staff was friendly.

We go to Barcelona every summer and Park Hotel is our favourite hotel. The swimming pool is a great place to stay when you wait for your departure and don’t have time to go to the beach. The rooms are very nice too.

The property is in a great location. Unfortunately we had a situation where the shower was broken and uninhabitable. Instead of helping us, the staff offered minimal support. Without the shower issue, this would have been a 4 star stay. Good room, great location.

Lovely hotel in great location! Room was large and bed comfy. Quiet area. We had one issue in that the bathroom door would not close and despite up reminding them each morning it never got fixed. Breakfast buffet was fabulous - lots of choice and delicious. There’s a mini frig safe and coffee maker in the room but even the coffee pods are about $2 each. Bus to Park Guell across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby.

4/10 Fair

Room had mold and hallway had smell on 4th floor. Room had mold on desk by the minifridge. Minifridge leaking. Room had black mold for AC vent and half of AC vent was filthy. Shower did leak some. Staff were friendly. Good location. Room top pool was nice. Just terrible room. :(

Not very friendly staff. The roof top pool was very small and with low water. Not worth the money.
