An absolutely breathtaking mountain retreat. Maloja Kulm offers incredible views of the surrounding peaks and endless hiking opportunities right at your doorstep. The food is excellent, and the service is warm and attentive. Ideally located within driving distance to scenic lakes and St. Moritz, this property is a perfect base for exploring the region’s majestic peaks and serene valleys.

Our flight was many hours delayed so we missed dinner and breakfast. Staff offered us a sandwich for the morning which was wonderful. Loved the heated towels, heated floor and comfy bed.

I enjoyed the included wonderful breakfast spread, hiking 3 days with the included hotel hiking guide, going to the Wellness area, afternoon treats. They will also pick guests up at the Pontresina train station. I had such a marvelous time at Hotel Walther, that I will be going there again next year but for a longer stay.
We had a double mountain room and it was spacious and clean. The hotel is newer and in a beautiful location with great views and very close proximity to bus stop. Everyone who worked at the hospital was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of offerings (and with a big buffet area and two coffee makers, it never felt crowded even when the hotel was full). The folks at Bellavista were very warm and friendly. We walked in and Elaina was at the front desk to greet us with a smile. The food at their restaurant was some of the best I have ever had and the wait staff very attentive! Cost of dinner was pretty high but definitely worth it. Get the venison stroganoff!
