The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing.

Very good hotel

A very well managed hotel located up in the mountains close to the lift system. The staff is terrific, helpful, and the shuttle service is offered every 30 mins during 9-18. Very good facilities with heated ski lockers and a large parking area if you arrive by car. Highly recommend.

This property is out of the way but we knew this before our stay. It is very hilly around so not easy to walk down to the lake or town The shuttle is really handy although plan your day as it does not run between 11-3 so we had to wait around for an hour or so. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a sufficient buffet selection although no toaster to make toast with scrambled eggs. We missed having a kettle in the room The wellness centre and spa were an added bonus at the end of a day exploring

The location was wonderful (but really hard to walk to). Make sure you call and reserve a shuttle ride to the hotel. The staff was Great and make sure you order it with breakfast included, it has an Amazing selection! The unit was really clean but we did find that some of the linens had small holes in them (no big deal). We did not get to experience a lot the place had to offer and would love to visit again.

This location was far out but we easily walked to town and the valley each day and could schedule a shuttle back or even to and from the city center. The room was very comfortable and clean, food was excellent and we would definitely stay again. We did not ski but the storage area and services seemed very nice. Staff was amazing.

There was not much to select for breakfast. The service during the breakfast was awful, as this service did not exist! The tables used for breakfast by the hotel guests were full of dirty plates, bowls and cutlery - as these were not cleared from any tables for a long period of time.

Ich war für drei Nächte im Berghotel Randolins. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber ohne besondere Highlights. Das Hotel wird als "das andere St. Moritz" beworben und so würde ich es auch beschreiben: ruhiger, einfacher und weniger glamourös als man es vielleicht mit St. Moritz verbindet. Die Einzelzimmer sind modern bzw. neu eingerichtet, wenn auch eher klein. Für eine Person war es ausreichend, die Sauberkeit (Staub) hätte jedoch etwas besser sein können. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ausreichend, bot aber keine besonders große oder hochwertige Auswahl und keine Abwechslung. Die Präsentation wirkte eher schlicht und etwas lieblos, und auch die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich fand ich nicht sehr einladend. Der Wellnessbereich war am späten Nachmittag gut besucht, sodass kaum Platz im Ruhebereich war. Später am Abend hatte ich ihn dafür fast für mich alleine. Das Jaccuzi war mir persönlich zu kalt. Die Saunen sind grosszügig und neu. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das sehr bemüht und freundlich war. Alles in allem ein solides Hotel, wenn man eine ruhigere und einfachere Alternative in St. Moritz sucht. Für mich war es okay, aber nicht unbedingt ein Aufenthalt, der besonders in Erinnerung bleibt.
