A lovely stay. The hotel is clean, well placed for amenities with a nice Italian restaurant or supermarkets very close. We didn't go up to the spa rooms. Missed a laundry room and a smart TV but the free breakfast buffet was fab. The room decor was very modern trendy, but dark. Just missed a decent ceiling light!!

Impression of entrance and reception was poor but hotel room was very modern, new, bright, big and had a balcony. Breakfast was nice, had lots of options. Location was good, right beside lake and about 15 minutes walk from old town or train station. Nice scenic walk around lake. Allowed us to leave luggage in ski room while we waited for a later train. All in all, would recommend for a mid range hotel option.

Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel.

I stayed with family for just one night in February 2025. I was ok for a night, but had a very weird entrance, smelly lounge and corridors. The room was ok, brand new, no issues. Having said that pillows were a joke, it looked like new born ones, terrible to sleep on. Breakfast was pretty decent tho. It was a bit pricey for what they've offered. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it was the last resort.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent, you can walk a few minutes and be at the St. Moritz station. Very close to bus stops also that can transport you nearby.
