Absolutely breathtaking!!! The rooms, the view the service and the location. WOW!! And Salvatore is an absolute gem. We were unsure of how to get there and so he told us to call him when we were nearing the hotel and he stayed with me on the phone and guided our every turn. He waited for us outside so we wouldn’t miss it. Talk about outstanding service. Every room is so charming and tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful views. And just a short and beautiful walk to get to the center....

Only stayed for one night, but it was an enjoyable stay. As others have noted, you check in at the restaurant and then are directed to the door which leads to the staircase up to the hotel. We arrived before check in time and were just looking to store our luggage before we went up the hills, but as the room was available, the staff allowed us to go right away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms have a mini fridge and toiletries (shampoo/ body wash dispensers)...
