We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.
This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.
Hotel Belvedere has a one of a kind island setting within Lake Maggiore. Our balcony view was terrific and so spacious. Windows all around made the room very cheerful. The experience alone makes this place unforgettable. We easily caught a boat from Stresa and were able to park our car right at the Stresa boat dock, so logistics were simple. Nice old style hotel with proper lobby, right across from lakefront promenade. Best value found! Very friendly staff, free gated parking! Just our front is quiet lawn area with bars and restaurants putting their chairs out at night. Loved it.
The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. Checked in real late and had a hard time finding it even thru the GPS from the car rental. Staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. Super nice pool and sauna area. Room was very cozy and clean. Bed was big and clean.
Great place to stay in Stresa. It's excellent but don't expect it to be like the Ritz. Within town center and 5mins walk to the ferry landing. However, it's a 15mins walk to the train station on cobblestone roads so pulling the suitcase was not as smooth. The A/C worked nicely and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Enough time to hop on the ferry and visit other towns along Lake Maggiore.
Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around .
