"What I liked: Room was clean, parking onsite was convenient (but an extra fee daily); many restaurants and historical museum within walking distance. Hotel is located in a residential area with a college campus closer to historical museum (15 minute walk). Store with groceries across the street. Coffee in room was Nespresso, very good taste. Princess of Wales Theater and the Aquarium were fun! What I didn't like: We were placed in an outdated room. The room did not match the pictures shown on Expedia. There was no dining room table and chairs in this room. The bathroom had a tub/shower, not the walk-in shower shown online. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, hard to do make-up. The public restroom off the Lobby had cold water when washing hands and cold air in the hand dryer. Driving around town was stressful, lots of one way streets and streetcars to compete with. Lots of people crossing the street, which makes turning very challenging. Parking around the city is outrageous at $5 per 30 minutes."

"I dropped off our bags and provided our card early in the morning and came back at 4 PM for check-in. Upon entering, I found out I was given an accessible room. The staff never mentioned this at check-in, which was quite baffling. Because the bathroom setup and shelf heights were uncomfortable, I immediately asked for a different room, but I had to wait until the next day to move. It would be appreciated if the front desk asked guests beforehand before assigning an accessible room. Other than this, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very kind."
