InterContinental Toronto Centre by IHG
8/10 Good
"My main concern is the check-in process, as it took quite a significant amount of time due to the long line-up. It would be helpful if there were a way to streamline the process and reduce the waiting time"
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown
8/10 Good
"Good location"
Town Inn Suites Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good property in a convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue, was the large balcony that was not available, when i asked reception, i was told it has been out of use for years."
TOOR Hotel Toronto, part of JdV by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"It was a beautiful modern newer hotel. We booked the executive suite it was beautiful one of the best rooms I have stayed in Toronto. Floor to ceiling windows with views of Toronto was stunning."
Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
8/10 Good
"Clean, great location, helpful staff. But our first night there, the fire alarm went off at 2 am. We were on the 24th floor and started down the stairs only to get trapped by the bottleneck at the bottom caused by lower floors flooding the stairwell. We did not move until the alarm was stood down. No staff checked on us or coordinated the response. Had this been an actual fire we may not have made it out. This is not a minor incident. It tells us they are not prepared for an emergency. May not stay there again."
One King West Hotel & Residence

"Beautiful clean and everything you need under one roof"
The Omni King Edward Hotel

Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

"The property was very nicely maintained, the staff were extremely helpful and the pool area and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back!"
Canopy By Hilton Toronto Yorkville
10/10 Excellent
"Visiting Toronto with family and kids. Our stay was very nice, room were clean and modern. The staff was helpful, and access to amenities was great. The pool was beautiful, but the water was a little chilly. There's a cafe and restaurant located within the building, and many food choices in the surrounding buildings. Just a block away from the subway made going to sightseeing locations very convenient. Only valet parking was available at the underground parking lot, which is a bit expensive, but it's helpful that you can be in and out without extra charges. And texting to pick up the car was very quick and convenient. Would love to come back and stay."
