What a great location. So much awesome activity in the neighbourhood and almost none of it heard from the room. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Room amenities were great - including an espresso maker and a kettle for tea! The staff was kind and helpful.

Great location, near Osgode station and street cars, 15 mins walk to CN tower and Rogers Centre. Room was small but clean and very well designed, had lots of storage space and 2 big suitcases easily fitted under the bed. Good value for money. Could do with a chair in the room but not a deal breaker as we were mostly out exploring and only needed a base, Air conditioning was really good very powerful and the room got nice and chilly. Staff was kind and very helpful. Would stay again.

The room is on the smaller side but has everything you need. The floor wasn't the cleanest, but it was alright. The staff is very helpful and sweet. The location is pretty central to exploring so that was very convenient. You can kind of hear things happening outside the room, but they did provide earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Initially chose this hotel because of its great location to all things in the downtown area (AGO, Roger’s Centre, etc.), but I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel has no elevator. For a couple of days, no one cleaned the room or even made the bed. The rooms are very small, and because of this, the AC is a mess: if you turn it off, the rooms are very hot; if you turn it on, the rooms are very cold. My room was close to the street, and it was too noisy; the sunlight enters through the window at 5:30 AM (it is not fully covered). One day, the TV turned on spontaneously at 1:00 AM. On the other hand, the system they have is very safe and secure; you need a code for everything.
