All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I loved being greeted by Miss Jeanere, one of the housekeeping staff, every morning. She offered assistance with genuine kindness. One desk clerk even gave me a recommendation for a nearby nail spa. I bought a package with parking, which was not initially honored. I spoke with the clerk about it, and she escalated the issue so that it was handled appropriately within a few minutes. I do recommend getting a package with parking because there is nowhere to park. If you use the hotel valet, it is $54 CAD per day.
