The hotel was in a great location, walkable to CN Tower, the financial district, Old Town, various restaurants and bars etc. as well as Union train station. I would definitely recommend the hotel to people visiting Toronto. "

I struggled with the identity verification through the check-in app, and the Manager was more than accommodating and ensured me there would be zero issues checking in to my room. Prime location - steps from Bathurst station, and so many great restaurants along Bloor St W. The room itself - very modern and up to date. Great TV with the various streaming apps, comfy bed, and overall no complaints. We will be back!"
