"Brilliant location for the beach and so close and quick to get into central Athens by taxi. Really friendly staff, good breakfast. The rooftop pool and bars were great, amazing views"
"Niche hotel was a wonderful 2 day stay for us prior to a cruise. Beautiful room and excellent location close to The Plaka. They provided a fabulous breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Acropolis. Would stay again in a heart beat!"
"Had a wonderful three night stay at this hotel. We absolutely LOVED the view from the balcony and appreciated having a clean room and bathroom to come back to every night. Everything was great!"
"Room was clean and complimentary bottles of wine and water was a nice touch.
Lifts are very slow and no easy stairs alternatives.
Location great for Athens!"
"The hotel was well positioned for main tourist site seeing and restaurants. Room was good size and clean. Staff helpful and breakfast options were plenty."
"The location is amazing. Easy access to metro and hop on/off busses. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop is priceless. The breakfast buffet options are delicious. Do need to note that the room was very small but had all it needed to satisfy the stay."

Excellent minimalist facilty - reminds me of a quality airport transit hotel like one I've stayed at in the Singapore airport (though more roomy). The rooms are very clean, new, high functionality, comfortable, great location, a convenient refrigerator, basic kitchen utensils, a water airpot and a small heating element for simple cooking. You can come at any time of the day before the 3:00pm check-in, by entering the temporary 4 digit code at the front entrance, then leaving luggage in the...
The location was superb and the views AMAZING! The staff was outstanding at the front desk, the restaurant and in the Spa: Tommy was amazing!
I will definitely recommend this hotel!
Hotel is lovely. Room was large and shower excellent. The staff is very helpful and courteous. It is located near the Acropolis and plenty of restaurants. We even received breakfast boxes because we had an early morning flight. I would highly recommend.
Great location, nice big space, modern furnishings. Sometimes it took awhile to get a response to messages but the woman who was on site at times was super helpful when we ran into her. Our balcony door didn’t work properly so we were unable to sit at the cute table and chairs outside. But overall a great spot and would definitely recommend it.
I was not given the upgrade as i had requested it, and all my other rooms that i had booked did have an upgrade...
I also had to wait for my room, while the other rooms were given early checkin....
This is after i had already asked them ..
We stay at Athens Gate every time we visit Athens. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, helpfu, and always give great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc.we have stayed at the Gate often and have never been disappointed.
Perfect location, right next to the acropolis, two nice jacuzzis with a beautiful view, walls a little thin as I could hear the people in the next room other than that a great stay
Excellent hotel, great staff, Wonderful bar and restaurant area one street over with a dozen options. Hotel is very pet and family friendly. Highly recommend.
Fantastic stay at AD Hotel! The room is spacious, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming! The breakfast was wonderful, as well. And the location simply cannot be beat! It is steps to EVERYTHING....shopping, restaurants, major sites....and we would highly recommend this property!!!!
Amazing location. Walkable to nearly everything and felt safe. Hotel is right across from Montastraki station, so somewhat noisy & looks sketchy, but do not let this deter you! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable. Spent 2 weeks traveling and this was the most comfortable bed. Would 10/10 recommend.
We had an excellent 3-night stay at this property in Athens! The location was great, and the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. We had an unexpected issue with our luggage, and the property helper went above and beyond to ensure the courier delivered our bags safely. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and care. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Athens and highly...
Great hotel in a very good area! The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant is delicious and it has the best view of the Acropolis! Definitely stay here!!
Wonderful experience at the Electra Metropolis Athens hotel. It was a 5 star experience. Oh and the breakfast was fantastic and the view was out of this world. Great hotel. I would stay again.
