Room was clean and complimentary bottles of wine and water was a nice touch. Lifts are very slow and no easy stairs alternatives. Location great for Athens!

We had a very nice room on the third floor. The room was large enough not to feel cramped. The walk in shower was large and the rain shower head was a treat after a long day of sightseeing. From the main desk to the porters and wait staff everyone was welcoming and helpful.

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and well stocked, however, it looked tired and dated. I only stayed for a night and had to catch an early flight so did not use any other amenity. The staff is great and very friendly. Will recommend!

Great old hotel with charm. Was there for work conference. It’s 5-star with excellent service and in the heart of Athens with accessibility to a lot of attractions. And with dining option in and outside hotel.

Very nice, comfortable place to stay in Athens with excellent breakfast, including fresh fruit. walking distance to Metro but we ended up taking Uber to most attractions we visited.

This is a very good hotel - modern, great restaurant and pool area, friendly professional staff, and very good rooms. Wifi was easy to obtain and although not super fast, good enough. A solid 4 star + establishment.

8/10 Very good

The Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to restaurants/shopping. Also accessible from the airport on the toll road. The staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel common areas like the lobby and the hallways are dated but classic. The room itself was lovely but we could hers traffic noise so I’d recommend the rooms on the side facing away from the busy street.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were very attentive and kind. Many remembered us during our stay, a few by name. They made excellent recommendations. Hotel itself was attractive, well-kept and welcoming. View from the rooftop is incredible. Cute gift shop. Good food options. Location was perfect, not in the heart of the action but very close to it. Excellent restraints in short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

4/10 Fair

The property is very dated and there was an awful smell around some of the floors. Needs updating. Windows let too much street noise in. Good views from hotel but too far away from the main sites. Staff on the top floor bar were so friendly and helpful

6/10 Good

The property is a bit far from the city center also, beds are not comfortable specially the king beds, they put together two twin beds next to each other with a big gap in between which is very weird and uncomfortable. Also the front desk is not friendly at all. Only breakfast was great.
