Breakfast was not great , I didnt eat my husband had a cold egg and piece of bacon , the bar upstairs looked nice but nobody used it while I was there which was a shame , bedroom nice clean bathroom nice and clean but the shower screen came off its runner and nearly on top of my husband , the beach was a rip off 20 euros for 2 sunbeds and that was 50% discount

Nice hotel! Good value for the $. Water pressure was pretty bad but nice and hot. Unfortunately I had an accident and was on crutches. Not good for that. Plenty of steps. Also not a big deal but you need to cross the major road to get to the beach. Nice restaurant (not part of the hotel) for a beautiful sunset directly across from the hotel. Roof Restaurant good value for money and nice view. The Athens traffic is terrible on the strip. I might try to find a similar hotel by the bend from the airport. Although a lot of hotels are even farther away. Don't be fooled by a 20 mile from the airport. Can take over an hour depending on time of day. Staff was all great. The sunset and dinner pic are from the restaurant across the street. The other is us at the small observation deck at the hotel.

Rooms were cleaned spotless one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed. Aurora was very helpful. Reception staff are very helpful. Please note parking is not always guaranteed at the property but there is free parking across the road and it is very well connected with the tram line.

We would absolutely stay at the Poseidon Athens hotel again. We loved the proximity to the beach. The hotel was quaint and had fabulous staff. They could have not been more helpful, particularly as we navigated a taxi strike! The breakfast was incredible and so fresh. The hotel is very close to the tram line that goes directly into the heart of Athens, making it a very affordable and convenient way to travel.
