The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . We have been in Bangkok many times, and this is absolutely our favorite hotel so far. Can highly recommend! "

"Beautiful. Beautiful hotel! The staff were great instantly treated us with hospitality. When we first arrived instead of standing in line we were greeted and told to sit down. We signed the paperwork at the table and got our room keys. The pool was our kids’ favorite, and the beautiful sunset views. The morning breakfast was fantastic they have all different options. We fell in love and ended up coming back to stay the last 3 nights of our vacation. We are definitely planning our next trip back to Bangkok already."
