The Breakfast was for sure one of our highlights of the day! Very Helpful & Friendly service. The Solis family had 15 guest in the hotel for several days, my son got married in Mérida. Will come back for sure & hopefully all the renovations will be completed & will stay at the Grand Americana! Thank you very much!"

"We originally booked a room with one bed, but upon arrival we found it was a corner room and felt dark and small, with a small bed. We chose to pay for an upgrade to a double bed room, which was much larger and brighter. The arched design feature is very interesting and adds charm to the room."
