The villa was breath taking! We were there for one night and we wished we could come back for so many more! Honestly anyone who could have a wedding there should think about it! Castello Di Monterone is a small castle that has outfitted into an 11-12 room hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable with high quality bathrooms, windows, etc. There are lots of little alcoves, inside and out, to hole up in. Great view of Perugia from across the valley, and the city itself is only a few minutes away (although it's one of the more maze-like experiences to try to get into the city center.) This was a wonderful experience with a very special personal attention. We highly recommend anyone to stay here. The view to our hotel was magnificent! Silvia, the owner of the place is also the owner of a first quality restaurant, very prestigious. We dined there and the food is absolutely delicious! We will come back for sure.

The castle is absolutely beautiful, the staff are great, and uts a freaking castle in the mountains of Italy! The AC didn't work, luckily the weather was great, but July/august could be rough. Day trips to Assisi and Orvieto were amazing, but you must have a rental car. Breakfast was very good. The spa was good. The room was small, but the view made up for it.

nice location for a short 1-3 days stay when travelling around Umbia. wery good condition, nice design, lovely staff. brand new wing has been lately reconstructed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. There is a large shower. The outdoor courtyard gives a welcome space outdoors. There was an amazing cooked to order hot breakfast included. Which gave real value to the booking. It is convenient to walk into the historic city. There is good parking accommodation. Staff are very attentive to your needs and welcoming.

Very nice, but it's a long haul to carry luggage from car to reception over gravel. Wheels are of no use. Also, if you have booked the Annex, leave your luggage in the car or you will have to haul them from the reception back to the car; you must drive to the Annex--not convenient. But it is a lovely property close to San Gimignani.

Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.

Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best !

My family and I loved Anna Boccali Resort. The place looks great and feels really nice. It's a well kept too and the staff is super friendly and added to the great experience we had. Would love to come back again later!

We stayed a total of three nights. The rooms were large and comfortable! We were given an upgrade on the last night because it was my birthday. The location is excellent close to restaurants and the main piazza. Also close to the mini metro. We will be back
