The rooms had a great rustic look and feel of the Tuscany country side plus breakfast offered was awesome and extremely good. I would recommend staying there and definitely would book it again.

Spectacular - the best part of Florence without the craziness of in-town tourist zoo. 15 min taxi to the center of town and a very welcome escape for the evening. The restaurant is second to none and is a close second only to the Villa San Michele next door.

Simply amazing. Great decor and very Clean. I stayed in honeymoon suite. Had rooftop balcony view of the duomo and amazing view of the dome from bedroom window. We fell asleep and woke up to the dome in our window. Slight early check in which was nice considering check in is at 2pm which is early for hotels. Easy walking to main attractions and very safe and busy road. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Would highly recommend

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

We would stay here again! Walking distance to all of the must see attractions (Academia, Uffizi, etc.) Comfortable bed, clean room, and good breakfast included. One thing to note; the night we arrived, we entered the building and the hotel desk and lobby are not on the main floor. Fortunately, a guest was leaving the building and informed us that the desk was up a few floors and we had to walk up a lot of stairs, carrying our luggage. We didn't want to be in the middle of the madness, so Palazzo Lorenzo offered the perfect location. We were blown away by the modern feel and hospitality of the staff. From Acqua di Parma waiting for you in the bathroom to the grand staircase and the excellent breakfast, stop reading the reviews and just book it already.

Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. Do not get fooled by its 3-star status, as the rooms, deco and services would definitely compete with at least a 4-star counterpart. This is a beautiful hotel just outside Florence. It is about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Florence but it is worth the drive if you looking for a peaceful relaxing quiet hotel. It is a smart choice if you want to be near by and feel like you are in a highend boutique hotel.

It was truly an exceptional experience everything was at top rate quality. It takes less than 4 mintes go to the center of Florence because tranvia( transportation) is just close to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

This hotel was excellent I have nothing negative to say about. the rooftop pool was nice the bar on the rooftop was very nice. the bartenders there gave excellent service the sandwiches they sell at the bar were delicious. The breakfast buffet was good in the morning. I went in July so it was hot the air conditioning in the room was excellent “hard thing to find in Italy” I would stay here again.

Clean room, staff was nice and location was perfect. Only complaint is the room is small, however it was for a good cost. Loved the filtered water on the first floor too!

Room was spacious and clean. Its tough to get to if you have a taxi or driver because it is on a narrow street you will have to get out in the square and walk over, but the walk is extremely short. There is only one iron in the hotel and sometimes it is shared between multiple hotels in the area. Those were the only downsides other than that i recommended this hotel also great breakfast
