Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was ok. Had everything we wanted. Not very good croissants or breads. Good coffee machine. A/C worked well! Room was clean. Bathroom was nice- clean with plenty of towels. (We miss the fully enclosing shower doors at home.)

Overall it was nice for 2 nights. Staff was cool. Beds are not super comfortable but we had a nice place to sleep while we toured the town. Florence is amazing. Use elevator to the 3rd floor to check in steps are hard with bag be ready to workout. Much appreciated for all the service. No car needed. Google Maps took us about 10 doors down too far when we first got in the town.

Lovely hotel, clean and good location. Downside was having to leave the heavy keys behind each time we left. Which meant going from 1st floor to 3rd floor to drop the key and go back down again. Having a more modern key system would be so much easier and make the stay more enjoyable.

Clean room and despite not even appearing tired rooms were being refurbished. No noise at all or any form of disruption from this. Lovely continental breakfast with plenty of choice to eat. Quiet with no noise. Great free WiFi and 30 seconds from Duomo, what more could you want?
