The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need or want and the hostess was warm and friendly

The hotel was very nice, but there were no Kleenex tissues in the room or a coffee maker, which would’ve been really nice to have

This is an exceptional hotel. Situated on a beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Beautiful building with an outstanding restaurant with the best duck entre ever. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff are als incredible. A special thank you to Marisa.

The best experiences I had there was the services. The lick of the room had a little issue and two people came to help me out with the situation. Both of them were very courteous and professional. The breakfast is superb and I don’t need to spend time first thing in the morning to look for food.

Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The breakfast that was available to additional purchase was lovely and had a great spread of options. Would stay here again.

Was great for a short stay to get to the airport in the early morning hours! Convenient, clean and well equipped

It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.

Cute little hotel with a fabulous location and for a great price! Just a walk from banjelicik (sp?) square. Close to shops and food and the market! Would highly suggest this property!

Our room was spacious and the staff was quick to relocate us when we had a plumbing issue. On site saunas (4) and pool. Good breakfast (included) and on-site restaurant. Parking is ample and location super convenient.

Freti (owner/manager) was great! Easy to communicate with and made everything super easy. Check in and Check out was seamless with a combination code lockbox right outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and in a great location (easy walk to the main town square) and Cathedral and other historical sites. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you!
