"My stay was good! Upon arriving Joseph (Joe) checked us in, very friendly & helpful and good personality! The lobby smelled incredible the whole time we were there! Like powder & jasmine! We rented a car so most attractions were only 15 mins away, decent location.. The hotel is a 5 star so I guess I was expecting more in the room, it was nice, an ocean view window, but nothing else extra.. comfortable beds & spacious bathroom, the rooms didn’t smell like the lobby tho..

"We’ve stayed at the banyan 3 times over the years and this room was by far the nicest and most modern. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds comfortable. A little stingy on the bathroom linens , only 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels for a week stay? Room was quiet with excellent view and ac worked well keeping the room at a perfect temperature. The
