"The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Queen West, with ample public parking across the street. The security and customer service were excellent and 24 access to your room. The room was clean and cozy and very warm for the cold December night. The bathroom and shower were clean and everything worked well. The bed was immaculately white and clean and comfortable. I would definitely return. Thank you 😊 "
