The folks checking us in Angie was exemplary example. Our TV did not work and she gave us an upgrade to Exec room with awesome TV and all channels. Later organized an amazing spaghetti dinner for us (on demand made to order just for us as vegetarians!!!!) . The lady serving us in the dinner room was most friendly and took great care of us. The chef is really awesome !!!!! and the English breakfast was delicious with home made veg sausages for us!!!!!
Everything about this charming countryside retreat was what we hoped for and more. The staff was a welcoming and alsways there to help. The food was delicious and better than we expected. Our room generously sized, modern and comfortably appointed. (We did request a fan though as there’s no air conditioning, and the staff was quick to oblige.) Amazing stop for us. Absolutely splendid hotel with wonderful grounds! Our boys loved the outdoor grounds for exploring and playing soccer (football). Stayed here in a family room (5 of us)--plenty of space, overlooking pool. Wonderful service and attention. Convenient for our visits to Avebury and Bath.
We stayed in Cherry. It was a lovely room with a nice, up-to-date bathroom. It was plenty roomy for the two of us and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely return.

The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Their location is great- they are walking distance from everything, but still located in a quiet street where you can avoid too many tourists.
