Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton
8/10 Good
"Great location and historic site. It was hot and with no air conditioning the window had to be open. The local church bells sound every 15 minutes after 8:00am. Parking is easy but is £5 per day. Not the most comfortable bed but manageable."
Best Western Stoke on Trent City Centre Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely clean room, recently refurbished. Breakfast was lovely and staff were great. Good value for money. "
Old Hall Hotel
8/10 Good
"Fantastic old building, used by Mary Queen of Scots. Bueatiful rooms. Lift very old and unreliable, which was difficult for my wife who has limited mobility."
DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent
8/10 Good
"Enjoyed the gym"
Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa
10/10 Excellent
"I travelled with my husband and my sister to shrigley hall. We stayed in a lovely suite with two bedrooms when ch were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we required. We went on a lovely walk from a guide which reception gave us and which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone."
Holiday Inn Express Stoke On Trent by IHG
8/10 Good
"In short the stay was good, staff were helpful. I did think that the room had a bit of a weird smell to it, I didn’t report this tho. The only thing that bothered me was I arrived at 3.50pm and was told room was not ready. Although check in was at 3pm. So had to wait in the bar for around 20mins until room was ready. I was given a drinks voucher while I waited."
Hilton Garden Inn Stoke on Trent

"Great one night stay for the family"
Holiday Inn Express Stockport by IHG

"classic IHG hotel. good staff, nice room but let down by the food in the restaurant."
The Stanneylands
8/10 Good
"Friendly and warm reception staff. Room comfortable, good bed, bath over shower, large TV, tea and coffee facilities. No AC and it was quite warm. Nice pub restaurant"
