I loved my stay at The Pilsley Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was so helpful and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. A real escape from the bustling city. The pub was charming and had great food. The location is very convenient if you're visiting nearby towns like Bakewell, or headed over to Chatsworth House as there is a bus stop right down the street. The Chatsworth Farmshop and café are also just a few minutes walk from the inn.

This was hands down the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and cheery. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The wait staff was exceptional as well. The food was excellent, the setting idyllic, and location walkable to The Chatsworth House! We could not wait to write a glowing review as we cannot recommend this hotel enough! We suggest you give your entire staff a raise as they were top notch and whoever hired them should be given a medal:)

Wonderful stay at Devonshire Arms as we traveled through the UK. This was our favorite hotel during our trip and our favorite meal. The room was cute and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to visit again.

Exceptional In A stunning Location

Excellent from check in to check out, service was exceptional. Outstanding evening meal and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order, stunning location. Room was small but very well appointed with all the little extras that make a stay special. Cannot fault and would highly recommend - Thank you to all the staff.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was gorgeous. We did several walks from our front door and proximity to the farm shop is a major bonus. The bed was so comfortable and we slept really well. I’ll be back soon!
