This was, by far, the best hotel I stayed at in Tunisia — what an experience. We traveled with young children, and every single detail of our trip was perfect. The staff was so pleasant, accommodating, and really treated us like valued guests and friends. Nidhal, the Guest Relations Manager, was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us plan our entire stay. On Christmas Eve, we missed an event in the lobby — they realized we were missing and sent our room a plate of chocolates and...

Beautiful fresh and ingredients

Everything was in working condition and clean. Food can be a little tastier but it was okay. Service was good and courteous too.

I spent nice time ( second time in this place) , everything was as expected, very friendly staff specially miss Malika Badboud..I will come again and again to this hotel.

The baby high chair was not comfortable and safe. We didn't use it at all during my 8 days stay. I wish there was a model with a tray and a usable belt. He trapped his leg as he tried to get up. A more ergonomic new generation high chair should be preferred. Other than that, everyone was very good.

I made a surprise reservation for my family for one night, but because of the service we received we extended our stay for another night. The service and the food were excellent. The beach and the place were amazing. The swimming pool was so clean. My family was treated by the staff like a royal family. I recommend this hotel for spending a wonderful vacation. If I have a chance to come to Hammamet again I will use this hotel.

The only thing wrong (very minor) with our Superior Sea View room was it was too low down to maximize the view (we were on Floor 1) otherwise excellent. The buffet, and drinks, were fresh, plentiful with a good range of choice - all in all excellent value.
