An enjoyable visit.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. This was our second visit to Seabel Rym Beach, and we have not been disappointed at all. Check in was a bit tedious as our request for accessible/disabled rooms was not noted, but the hotel was quick to remedy and the following day we were moved to the correct rooms. The menu was varied each night and while breakfast was a bit mundane, our chef at the omelet station was on point and had my omelet and fresh fried beignette ready as soo as i arrived. Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it.

Recently I spent five days at the Seable Hotel with my wife, brother, and niece. We booked three rooms: two through Expedia and one directly on the Seable website. While the two Expedia reservations were confirmed as double occupancy, one room turned out to be a single. There was also a minor issue with the direct reservation. Despite paying for my niece's room in full with my credit card during booking, a "no pay" note was left there. This caused some initial awkwardness, as my brother and niece were my guests on this trip. Despite these initial issues, I was very impressed with the professionalism and understanding of the staff. Once I explained the situation, they addressed it promptly. Overall, the Seable Hotel is a wonderful resort for a relaxing getaway. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say it was one of my best stays. The resort offers a simple charm, with a focus on cleanliness, delicious food, generous drinks, and amazingly friendly and professional staff. Since I enjoyed my stay and plan to return, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback on two minor points: 1. Housekeeping Schedule: The timing of cleaning activities in some areas seems inconvenient. Specifically, mopping large amounts of water near the breakfast area at 8:00 AM creates an obstacle for guests, particularly elderly patrons. 2. Guest Recognition: As a Tunisian living in the US for over 40 years, I noticed a lack of equal treatment for local guests on a few occasions. I experienced s

Excellent arrival. Immediately allowed to go have breakfast as we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Was super impressed with their customer service and didn’t take too long for our rooms to be ready. Entertainment staff were great and lots of activities. Expedia app advertised a hot tub but they didn’t have one - that was disappointing, but overall great experience.

Hotel service is poor

The hotel is poorly maintained and run down. While the front desk staff were courteous, they ignored all my service requests. The food was not good. When I checked into my room, the patio sliding door could not close, and even after I personally went to the front desk to request a repair, nothing was done. The room phone also did not work, and despite informing the front desk again, my request was ignored. Overall, it was a disappointing stay

Le Seabel est un très bon hôtel de vacances. Très bien entretenu, avec du personnel professionnel et aimable. A notre arrivée la climatisation de la chambre supérieure ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu insister lourdement pour changer de chambre le lendemain. Un grand merci au responsable des relations clients. C'est un hôtel familial "all inclusive". La nourriture est excellente au restaurant central, beaucoup plus limitée au restaurant de plage le midi. L'équipe d'animation est top avec des spectacles de qualité. Début juin, c'était la course pour avoir des transats à la piscine, 90% sont déjà "réservés" par des clients fantômes dés 06h30 du matin! Plus facile à la plage. L'offre cocktails apéritifs est faible et très industrielle. Les recettes des mojitos et pinacoladas sont très éloignées des originaux. Clientèle d'habitués qui se retrouvent chaque année pour plusieurs semaines et squattent les bons emplacements. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné de tout, ce qui ne gêne pas les habitués qui ne quittent pas l'établissement. Un bémol, beaucoup d'insectes piquants dans les chambres et parties communes. La climatisation est souvent anémique dans les parties communes et salle de spectacle. En résumé un très bon établissement bien entretenu, mais une offre Tout compris parfois trop limitée pour le prix (moyenne de 170€/jour par chambre double début juin).
