Our family of 5 had a wonderful time during our stay. Our connecting rooms accommodated our needs perfectly and the layout of each room was wonderful. Everything felt so spacious, clean and well-kept. Our rooms were extremely quiet and peaceful. Except for sharing the elevator, we weren't even aware of other guests on our floor. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and attentive. The location was also ideal, being only a couple blocks away from the metro. If we ever return to...

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

impeccable service by warm and friendly staff who were attentive without being obtrusive. beautiful, tranquil grounds lower your blood pressure immediately upon entering and the gorgeous scenery only adds to the overall ambience. the bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and comfortable. it might be useful to have a safety gate on the stairs in case of children or folks who use the restroom in the middle of the night, though. facilities were serene and lovely. the outdoor soaking area...

The bed was very comfortable, the room and bath were spacious. The room key is needed to operate the elevator, and you can only exit on your allowed floor. While this is a nice safety feature, it is frustrating when trying to meet friends staying on other floors - everybody has to meet in the lobby, then go to the desired floor together. If you are traveling with family or a group, make sure everyone is on the same floor for convenience.
