10/10 Exceptional

Flight delayed due to typhoon so we stayed a night at the Regent, was nothing short of amazing. Large spacious clean rooms, and the amenities were stellar. The rooftop pool was closed so we missed seeing it, next time. If you think you know buffets, don’t miss checking out this one, it’s incredible. So glad we were able to experience the Regent!

8/10 Very good

Staffs were very friendly, kind and always having very efficient reply and providing solution. The only thing is that since it is an old hotel, there’s no limit for guest only while taking elevator which means anyone can get to any floors if they want. We had this experience bumped into 3 people wandering around the hallway in our floor, taking pictures, posing right in front of our door. If they are staying in the hotel is one thing, imaging if they are some random people just came in for taking pictures? In front of our room posing in the middle of the night lol?

Nice rooms, albeit very dusty. Helpful and attentive staff. Problem is noise from other guests slamming doors and making a noise during hours of sleep; non-stop rudeness. Sadly I would not stay again.
