8/10 Very good

The building looks a little old, but it is very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, within easy reach of Tainan Station. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They gave me great local recommendations and even helped me arrange an Uber for an evening outing, which I really appreciated. A lovely little bonus was the complimentary bread provided for guests at the front desk between 9 and 10 pm — a thoughtful touch! Overall, a convenient and welcoming place to stay, with genuinely helpful staff who made my visit more enjoyable

Spacious, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location one block from the train station. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. I was there during the off season and they upgraded me to a larger room, which I appreciated.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Location is good. Lots of dining options. Even though it’s an old hotel, rooms have been renovate. It’s always my first choice when i’m on business trips to Tainan.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is located right next to Tainan train station, offering easy access to many malls and authentic restaurants. Despite being in such a central location, the room was clean and quiet. With so many dining options nearby, you really don't need to eat at the hotel.

The bathroom drainpipe makes loud noise. Aside from that, our stay was good.

10/10 Exceptional

Spacious room that is clean and modern. Toilet still maintains the old school granite top, but nonetheless clean. Offered 2 pcs of bread/pastry every evening for guests, while stock last. A nice gesture by hotel. Great that it located across Tainan train station, jus a few mins by foot.

Room was clean with updated plug in features for phone and laptop use. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was firmer than we prefer. Some updated lighting around the bathroom mirror would be nice... its a bit dark for putting on makeup or shaving. We never made it to the restaurant, but many of our local friends said the food is really good. We'd stay here again because its so close to the train station and really clean. A gym would be nice too.
