Rooms and bathrooms are huge. Great breakfast selection of western, japanese and Indian food. Hotel carpets could use some care as they have gotten worn over time. Excellent location right next to train station, attached to a mall with restaurants, and there is an amazing bakery attached to the lobby.

A most enjoyable stay. Exceptionally comfortable and clean rooms. Worth upgrading to a club room, the lounge staff are particularly friendly and helpful and the food and drinks offered exceed the cost of the upgrade. Food quality excellent, wine only so-so, but great G&T and high quality spirits fot cocktails. Very highly recommended.

Great location right next to the train station. Most of the buses for attractions were also close by. Shangri-La rooms and service never disappoints. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The sento, sauna and steam room were a wonderful treat after a day of sightseeing.
